Since 1999, Loki Incorporated, headquartered near Springfield, Missouri, has provided engineering services to the explosives, propellant, and pyrotechnics industry and related activities. Our additional capabilities include ballistics testing (with its associated ammunition design and handloading requirements), blast mitigation consultation and design, legal expert witness services, and photography and writing covering traditional outdoor pursuits.
Dr. Jason Baird is Loki’s President, and Dr. Sergey I. Shkuratov is Loki’s Chief Scientist. CVs are available on request.
